Eco Tasar collaborates with silkworm producers, rural yarnmakers, and handloom weavers in India to create handwoven block­printed decorative pillows for Sobremesa. A member of the India’s Fair Trade Forum, Eco Tasar is committed to ensuring their artisans receive fair compensation for their work and that their workshops are free of child labor. By preserving traditional skills and fair practices, Eco Tasar provides a source of income for thousands of women in the remote regions of Bihar and Jharkhand, India.
