Who made this product? ROPE employs rural artisan in Erode District of Tamil Nadu, India.

Why is it ethical? These artisans recycled byproducts of the refined sugar cane industry. They craft jute fibers on looms, use natural dyes for color, vinegar bath and color lock, then weave together the different colors to create stunning sustainable placemats.
