What to put in your Sobremesa bowls? A Greek Salad!

Craving a fresh Greek salad?  Want something simple, easy, and tasty?  Try this traditional Greek recipe, and get all your veggies in for the day!

Ingredients:

• Cucumber
• Cherry tomatoes
• Avocado
• Red onion
• Kalamata olives
• Feta cheese
• Salt & pepper

Dressing:

• Olive oil
• Red wine vinegar
• Dried oregano
• Dill weed
• Fresh lemon juice

Slice your cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and avocado in to quarters. Slice red onion into rings. Mix it in your bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, and crumble in the feta cheese.

For the dressing, place all the ingredients into a jar or dressing bottle, shake until it's fully combined.

Pour over the salad, stir, and serve!
